Piazza's best hope is with the Orioles, who are looking to trade Javy Lopez or else move him to first base. That would create an opening at the DH spot. The A's also are considering Piazza, but their first choice at DH is still the rehabbing Frank Thomas.
I think your guess is as good as ours at this stage! I'm still convinced he will end up DH-ing somewhere...but where? Baltimore seems as likely as anywhere else.
I wish he'd sign back with the Mets and split time with LoDuca, pinch hit, etc. What he'll actually do, I have no idea. He'll probably end up with the Yankees.
I had heard about the Yanks and Phils but not the Jays. That would be pretty cool from a fantasy standpoint as long as he was primarily DHing and not there to replace Zaun.
Maine has a good swing for a pitcher but on anything that moves, he has no chance. And if it's a fastball, it has to be up in the zone. Basically, the pitcher has to hit his bat. - Mike Pelfrey

The Blue Jays, Orioles and Yankees are AL teams confirmed to have spoken with Piazza's agent, Dan Lozano."
