What league is this? That's some crazy list to have drafted and/or signed from FA this offseason.

yeah you're right.

It's actually a great leaguee with smart owners...There was recently a rule change however that was put in place to allow more minors.

Up until last month we were only allowed 5 minor leaguers but now we can add as many as we like....

There was a rule change. Prior to jan 06 we could only have a certain amount of Minors on our squads...Billingsly was not drAFTED in 05 and still available for whatever reason

Gordon couldn't be signed until he was officially in KC. I added him immediatley.
