Huh? It's his injuries, not his head that is the problem.
To be fair, that barfight he got in was pretty stupid, resulting in a broken hand. For now, that was an isolated incident and the rest of his injuries that he continually comes down with have nothing to do with that.
Quentin is easily #1 on that list and it's not even close. Miller and Hamels are bunched together in terms of upside, but obviously have to overcome injuries and are behind Quentin. Ricky Romero is behind them and could be a quick mover through the minors, but lacks the upside of either Miller or Hamels.
Of the rest, I don't see a ton of upside. I don't see any of them being much more than adequate regulars at this point, although Purcey probably has the best chance to prove me wrong of the three.
