Pedro Martinez and Alfonso Soriano

What's to be expected of Pedro Martinez this year? And who's a better pick-up at 2nd base than Alfonso Soriano?

pedro is definitly a top 10 pitcher. With the way the Bosox have been watching his count pitch I don't expect as huge of numbers from him this year.

Soriano is a must have 1st rounder. I just don't know if i'll get a chance to draft him...

I guarantee you that if you don't jump on Soriano within the first 5 picks he will be gone.

Pedro will be Pedro - Top 5
There is NONE better than Soriano at second. And I agree 1st 5 picks or you won't get him ...

(Lucky for me - I have him as a keepr :) - Wanna trade trevisc?

It'd take more than Pedro ... I LOVE this kid ... (But, no one is untouchable - that's how you win, right?!)

I agree with Scurv and Trevisc as well. Pedro is good but Soriano is clearly a top 5 pick that is only to get better.

The one thing with Pedro that worries me is the injury factor.

Pedro and Soriano are very comparable in value, but I'd take Pedro if I knew he'd be healthy all year.

Pedro will get you 300+ strikeouts and Soriano is the best second baseman in the game. If you need another stud second baseman I'd go with Kent...I expect him to have a just as good if not better season with Bags and Berkman on his team.
