Is Scott Baker going to be worthwhile in fantasy land? From what I understand, he's going to be a solid pitcher for the Twins, but nothing special. I know that any REAL team would love to have him, but is he going to be worth anything in fantasy?

I am really high on him. I think aside from above average stuff and great control, he has the intangibles that seperate great minor league pitchers from successful major league pitchers. He knows how to work hitters and has improved at every stage of his development.

I think he is definite fantasy material. His upside is limited, but he will be in a great pitching park with great relief pitchers. Give him a lead and he should get plenty of wins.

He'll have respectable ratios as well. I will be calling his name late on draft day.

my AL league is K-BB. I think he will be around +100 since his control is so good.
