Upton can still sign. He hasnt attended classes yet and can sign up until the 2006 draft. I expect him to sign in May...about the time Stephen Drew signed. If he doesnt, I just dont understand...

I am aware of that, but the simple fact that he hasn't signed means I can't put him on the list, yet if/when he does sign he will surely be a Top 5 guy.

1. Delmon Young (anyone who says otherwise is on drugs)
2. Prince Fielder
3. Brandon Wood
4. B.J. Upton (he'd be higher if he could field)
5. Fransisco Liriano
6. Jered Weaver
7. Jeremy Hermida
8. Ian Stewart
9. Lastings Milledge
10. Joel Guzman

Close are Daric Barton, Billy Butler, and Chad Billingsley.

This is a pretty good list...here's mine

1. Delmon Young (no doubt)
2. Prince Fielder (done well at every level)
3. Jeremy Hermida (because of his BB ability)
4. Brandon Wood (Hasnt done anything over A)
5. Ian Stewart (could be great)
6. Matt Cain (Very talented)
7. Howie Kenrick (.360 a guarantee in the minors?)
8. BJ Upton (only on offense ability, otherwise he doesnt make list)
9. Francisco Liriano
10. Billy Butler/Stephen Drew

10a. Justin Upton (hasnt done anything in minors but scouts say he was the best high school player in over 20 years)

Very interesting additions in Chris Young and Markakis. Both great players worthy of top 10 considerations. I wouldnt be surprised to see either or both make some top 10 prospect lists in the coming months.
