we have a constitution and a excutive commitee. it is a NL only with a 260 cap for 24 players then a five man rsv(minors or whoever not AL). 10 year league that is rebuilding, so we are starting over. would like 12 teams, we have 4 returning owners with 2 other commits. draft would be held last possible weekend in march in NC charlotte area. post a note here or email at one of the following-----
