1. 10 categories (Ave. HR, RBI, R, SB, W, K, S, ERA, WHIP).

2. Snake draft (held on last weekend before start of season) in CBS Sportsline draft room.

3. 23 active players (14 offensive and 9 pitchers). 8 reserves.

4. $250 entry fee. All money (except stat service) returned as prize money as follows: 1st=$1100, 2nd=$800, 3rd=$600, 4th=$425, 5th=$300, 6th=$175, 7th=$125, 8th=$75.

5. No-nonsense league with an effective trade policy.
