It looks like Ricciardi may ask Hinske to platoon in LF with Reed Johnson, and then move Catalanatto over to RF to platoon with Rios. Offensively, this would be a great idea. But our corner infield defense agaisnt right-handed pitching...:-[

Projected lineup VS RH:
Adams (L)
Catalanatto (L)
Wells (R)
Glaus (R)
Overbay (L)
Koskie (L)
Hinske (L)
Zaun (L)
Hill (R)

Projected lineup vs LH:
Adams (L)
Johnson (R)
Wells (R)
Glaus (R)
Hillenbrand (R)
Overbay (L)
Zaun (R)
Hill (R)
Rios (R)

Of course, these lineups are assuming that this team will remain the same (i.e. Hillenbrand and Koskie both remaining on the team). So I wouldn't take that much into them right now. Though, I do think platooning the outfield positions would help the offense.

I Couldn't watch it i had to work

Did he say anything about Coskie or Hinske or give any hints to waht he plans on doing next ?

No, he didn't say anything about Koskie, but if you want to see it, it is archived on MLB.com.

Thanks for telling me i just watched it. I don't know if I like the idea of Hinske playing outfield. Does he have what it takes

Defensively? Probably not.
