Right now I run my free keeper league through yahoo. It has worked out good so far but I see all of these other sites that offer you to run your league for a certain amount of money. I dont know how good these other providers are because I've only played fantasy sports through yahoo. Is it worth paying some big bucks and running my league through a paid site or should I just stick to yahoo? Also what sites would you recomend?
Thanks

if its just a basic league, stick w/ yahoo. its free and solid. if you are looking for additional options, (ie, minor, keepers, salaries) then you will need to get a pay site. (cbs, all-star, tq, etc)
I've never used TQ Stats, but I've ran our 16 team keeper league on Srortsline the past 3 years and the whole league has been happy with the sight. Since we use a 15 man farm system, some owers are drafting players out of Single A and college and these guys may not be listed on their database, but they allow you to create players to put them on rosters. I also like the fact that the sight and league message board runs year round. We have winter meetings and winter trading because of the year round access. They have live up to date scoring that uses your scoring method. We play head to head and the commish has full control capabilities of the league from making the rules that match your league. You can set your own custom scoring system, roster sizes, and many other options. Early signup last year cost around $120, but with 16 owners, it's a pretty cheap expense for year round activity. Plus the sight still has the previous seasons stats as well.
Actually, I'd like to hear more about Sportsline. I've hosted leagues on Yahoo for years, but have been intrigued by the thought of switching. How much better is Sportsline than Yahoo for keeper leagues? And is it really worth the $$$?
