Is rotoamerica worth buying?

It looks like a good site and only costs $10. I know a lot of sites that I have seen cost much much more. Is this a good buy or is there a reason it is so cheap?

Also wondering what other sites you guys recomend or if I should just go out and buy the fantasy baseball magz when they come out.
