Don't agree with this post. How much support do you think Sanders and Walker offered the Cardinals last year? Sanders scored 49 Runs and drove in 56 for the Redbirds last year. Also, Encarnacion and Sanders OBP are relatively similar, so it's pretty much a sideways move.

The postseason is too small a sample to use as evidence IMO. These signings pretty much complete the Cardinal team, with hopefully F. Rodriguez joining as well. If Rodriguez is signed (or even if he isn't_, Cardinals will be the favorites again to win the Central.
...Boston papers now and then suffer a sharp flurry of arithmetic on this score; indeed, for Williams to have distributed all his hits so they did nobody else any good would constitute a feat of placement unparalleled in the annals of selfishness. -Updike

My confidence in that assertion will be greatly shaken if Tejada ends up in Chicago.

Call me crazy, but I think the Brewers are a dark horse in that division....

You're not crazy, I have the same feeling.
I think the worst time to have a heart attack is during a game of charades...or a game of fake heart attack.

You're not crazy. They are the dark horse. But I still don't want to see Tejada in our division unless he's on our team.
