is anyone else curious to what the astros are planning to do...there have been numerous rumors as to trades for the likes of Abreu, Dunn as well as Tejada. I'm dying to see them make some sort of move and the signings of Kevin Orie and Danny Klassen don't count.

What the Astro's ownership might be thinking- "Hmm.. who needs Lidge? Uh, the Braves do.. Ok! They gave a top 5 prospect for Renteria maybe we'll get 2 or 3 top prospects for Lidge! Great! Let's call em' now and get our gifts in time for the holidays! Ho Ho ho.. "
Could happen??

No way in hell.
Plus, I think the Astros want immediate impact players, not prospects.
If JS trades Salty for Lidge ... I'm going to go insane.

I think both Qualls & Wheeler could be closer candidates.
'Stros ought to max out on trade value of Lidge, and run
with one of them.
