J. Brent Cox?

Whats the word on this guy. His stats from college are right up there (and possibly better) than Huston Street's. I'm having trouble putting a value on Cox when the Yankees will continue to buy help rather than raise their help. Does anyone have any thoughts? Everyone had him as the "dream team" relief pitcher which may or may not mean anything.

I think he could become a excellent 8th inning man as early as this year, and if he was on basically any other team I think he could become the closer in a year or two. But I think NYY have a pretty good closer of their own right now, so J Brent Cox will either have to get used to the 8th inning role, or be expecting a trade to another team.

I would love to see him traded to somewhere like Florida, Cleveland, or Pittsburgh...
