If Loaiza is worth 7 million, I can see Tomko worth at least 4 million.

I've always liked Tomko and believe if he develops one more pitch, he will be pretty decent.

As for Colletti, the guy has been forced into the position of actively making signings everywhere - the media have turned the spotlight onto him, expecting signs of "wanting to win this season". The only problem is that the moves he has made have been less than spectacular, and not winning with expensive "big name" veterans will be a worse option than not winning with cheaper and lesser known (possibly better) talent.

Tomko shows flashes on occasion but seems to always get hurt with one bad inning. As th #4 or #5 in the Dodger rotation is not a bad spot.
