I'd like to see Kotsay or Jay Payton from Oakland. Maybe for David Wells?

,,,i don't think the redsox are interested in jpayton and vice versa...even tho' jay forced epstein's hand, the trading of him for cbradford (subsequently non-tendered) was very shortsighted

New idea I got from the Boston Globe this a.m.: Brad Wilkerson. Very high OBP (which the Sox leadership values highly) and can play cf. Would starting pitching be enough to get him from the Rangers?
