I'm forming a roto league to be played on Yahoo in 2006. I ran a league in 2005, with small dues and payouts to the top three teams. I'm thinking going up to $15 per team, 10 teams in a standard 5x5 format. We would do a slow offline draft via a message board. This time I'd like it to be a keeper league, with 2 keepers per team from year to year.

TRANSACTIONS: There will be a maximum 40 free agency
transactions for each team during the course of the season.

STAT CATS: Scorable stat categories are as follows:
BATTERS: HRs, RBI, Batting Average, SB, Runs Scored.
PITCHERS: Wins, Saves, ERA, WHIP, Strikeouts.
STAT LIMITS 162 games played per position, 1200 IP team total
Mixed League (AL & NL)

KEEPERS: Five keepers per team

ROSTER: c,1b,2b,3b,ss,of,of,of,ut (9)
sp,sp,sp,sp,p,p,p,p,p (10)
b,b,b,b,b,b (6)

* 22 rounds, 10 teams 220 players
* 6 bench spots to be filled
after slow draft (3 pitchers, 3 utility) for 25 man rosters

FEES: $15 dues per team, stored in a Pay Pal account
PRIZES: 1st $90, 2nd $35, 3rd $15
