I think .295 is more reasonable BA assumption for Damon. Overall, however, the move to the Yanks adds a lot of value. Hitting lead off for Torre, who likes to run should easily translate into 30+ SBs, while he was lucky to get get 20 into Boston. In roto, a 10-15 uptick in SBs is immensely valuable.

I agree. Also the short porch in left will be great for his power numbers.

I think he will a little more, 30 might be a stretch. Torre really runs when necessary and to make things happen. With the lineup behind him, Torre will likely let Damon run when they need a run in a close game, but I doubt he is going to let him go hog wild and risk injury with the likes of Jeter, Arod, Sheff, Matsui etc coming up and the Yanks likely to be scoring a boat load of runs.
IMO Ichiro and Crawford are easily better than Damon, whose BA will not stay that high. Damon has a little higher OBP, but not much, and is below Crawford in SLG%.
I'd rank them this way for real baseball purposes:
Crawford
Ichiro
Damon
Figgins
