Basically, the bottomline is you need a new program.
You obviously know what you're doing, but you can only do so much with paint.

You should either buy Adobe Photoshop, or Corel Paint Shop Pro, or the Gimp (which is free.)

Or, if you don't want to spend $500 on software, you can always download it free off of a file sharing program like Limewire, which of course is illegal, but some people do it.

Once you get a program that meets your requirements, you'll see how easy it is.

First one looks great

I'd recommend, though shrinking and blending your watermark in your sigs....they're a little to standy-outty..
