smaller in what way? you want it under the 12K of smalelr length and width wise?

Sorry, should have been clearer - I need to get it under 12K... it's 370x100, so I don't know if it needs to be smaller too? But I've seen ones about this size, so if possible, I just need to get the file size smaller...

or can someone perhaps give some tips on how to shrink the file size (to 12K) with photoshop? I looked in the faq, but either missed it or it wasn't there...

Well on Photoshop go to File>Save For Web... and you should be good from there...

But I went ahead and did it for you..
