Peavy was just dropped in my league. His numbers for the season aren't too bad, I remember him pitching really well early in the season. Any reason why he shouldn't be owned, or just a silly and impatient owner?

I dropped him about 3 weeks ago and he's still in the free agent pool. It just depends on how deep pitching is in your league. Peavy gets k's, but not much else. Wins are hard to come by and era/whip numbers could be better.

Peavy rates highly as a potential keeper, but unless it's a really deep league, his non-keeper value is ordinary.
