there is a corporal punishment I read in Chinese legends fit for this crime.

found a picture, just change those peoples into horses and let them run in separate directions :-D

They still do that with horses over in Eastern Europe or Russia...I saw one on Faces of Death. I am in favor of it for this dirt bag. I'll pitch in for one of the horses...

That is an awful story. I dont understand how anyone could harm there "or any other" children.

I agree with hitting him in the head and then strangling him. One condition though, he needs to have some electricity running through him while it's being done. Not enough to kill him, just enough to make him twitch uncontrollably. :-)
