Milledge

It seems Milledge is the real deal with his great catches and his bat isnt that shabby either. What do you think the mets will do when X comes back if Milledge continues this he cant be sent back down

The way Milledge is playing now there is no way they will send him back down. I think one possibility that makes a lot of sense is to platoon Floyd (vs RHP) and Nady (vs LHP).

Maine has a good swing for a pitcher but on anything that moves, he has no chance. And if it's a fastball, it has to be up in the zone. Basically, the pitcher has to hit his bat. - Mike Pelfrey

Yea, he has been fielding great (aside from that one line drive hit by Estrada), has already showed off his gun and has been ripping the ball. ;-D

Minaya was on the radio and said that Milledge will go to AAA when Nady returns. With the AL games coming up soon this definitely doesn't make much sense to me. :-/
