Earlier in the offseason like right after the White Sox won the World
Series I heard that Glaus was being shopped around. Any truth to this because if so the Jays would love to have him around and maybe DH him or something I don't no but to add a huge bat.

Glaus and Javier Vasquez will likely be traded out of ARI. Its almost certain Vasquez will be traded, he is making a big fuss about it. I'm not sure where Glaus will end up. Toronto needs a big bat, he would fit pretty good in their line-up.

Exercising his right to request a trade would be another way to put it. ;-)

Well, the thing is, even if he's not dealt, I'd be stuned if he walked away from that bloated deal he signed with the Yankees a few years back. No way he gets that much on the market, even with the market for SPs this year.

This is the latest rumor....I havent heard anything new.
After a few weeks on the back-burner, the Boston Globe is back to reporting on a three-team deal between the Red Sox, Angels and D’Backs that would land OF Manny Ramirez in Anaheim and 1B-3B Troy Glaus in Boston…

Thats what I heard but I really think the Jays should go after Glaus and that would have to make them in the running for the AL East.

Why should he go to the Jays, cause you're a jays fan :-? Why would they wanna invest any more money in someone else. He is overpaid and lazy.

Who else do you suggest the Jays go after. And yes that is exactly why. Why else would it be?
