Earlier in the offseason like right after the White Sox won the World
Series I heard that Glaus was being shopped around. Any truth to this because if so the Jays would love to have him around and maybe DH him or something I don't no but to add a huge bat.
Glaus and Javier Vasquez will likely be traded out of ARI. Its almost certain Vasquez will be traded, he is making a big fuss about it. I'm not sure where Glaus will end up. Toronto needs a big bat, he would fit pretty good in their line-up.

Well, the thing is, even if he's not dealt, I'd be stuned if he walked away from that bloated deal he signed with the Yankees a few years back. No way he gets that much on the market, even with the market for SPs this year.

Exercising his right to request a trade would be another way to put it.
Yeah that too...I'm not the best with all those technical terms.
But this thread is about Glaus....sorry for getting things off topic

This is the latest rumor....I havent heard anything new.
After a few weeks on the back-burner, the Boston Globe is back to reporting on a three-team deal between the Red Sox, Angels and D’Backs that would land OF Manny Ramirez in Anaheim and 1B-3B Troy Glaus in Boston…
