A lineup has very little to do with player performance. Bradley just had 3 sb tonite, and is hitting.[/quote]
No offense, but I just read your posts in the thread concerning Jose Hernandez and Mark Bellhorn, and you say "runs and RBI's are team dependant". But now you totally contradict yourself????

Sure, lineups effect team dependent stats like runs and rbis, but they have little effect on actual player performance, like oba and slugging %. Its not my theory. Bill James found that lineups have a small effect on performance. Basically means if your good, your stats will show it, and if your bad, it will show.

Non taken. Yes, runs and rbis are team dependent. But i think you are equating runs and rbis as player performance? Those 2 stats have to be separated? I'm talking players performance dependent on himself, and his park, like average, oba, slugging %, runs created, ops.
