that's not entirely true. what most people seem to be forgetting is that Soriano is a free agent after 2006. if he gets shut down by RFK, he isn't going back there. in which case he will most definitely find a home at 2b again. lets say he loses his 2b eligiblity after 2006, he has to start 5 games at 2b in 2007 and he gets it back. so you'll lose his 2b eligibility for.. 5 games? shouldn't hurt your team THAT much.

Sure Utley hada great year and can do the same thing again, but maybe not. We have seen a lot of instances of even guys who look like sure shots stumbling in year 2. There is a risk factor with Utley. As for Soriano, he is proven beyond a doubt. Even in RFK he will go 25/25 at the very least, even if his run production and BA take a bit of a dive. There are not many guys who are 25/25 locks in the middel infield.
Additionally, the people around him are not that bad. Not great, buit not abysmal either. He will have some combination of Guillen, Johnson and Vidro (this assumes Soriano in the OF) and there people that have produced surprisingly well in worse situations than this (see Jeff Kent, 2005).

I think Soriano and Utley are pretty much tied on my rankings at the moment. But you are right in that in a keeper league, Soriano's value just dipped a little if he does indeed get moved to OF.

Yeah. Sori's just a guy with a .750 OPS now that he's out of Arlington. He might steal 30 and get some value from that, but i wouldn't expect much more than 20HR, and his BA will be around .250-.270.

Soriano should be 2nd round value now and if he was an OF or 1b he'd probably be 4th round value. He'll still go a lot earlier than he should though so I probably won't ever get ahold of him.
By the way, I'm really liking Wilkerson now, I was high on him last year and I think it was just RFK that was hurting him(Not sure what his home/road splits were though). But hitting in Texas in that stacked lineup half the time should really help his fantasy numbers.
