I dont know what the plans are for him but I did hear that Baker said today that he wouldnt be ready for the start of the season.

There will come a day when Barry Bonds leaves baseball, and everything about the game will be the better for it.

I like the Cubs and hope he starts but I think it's up in the air right now. He wants to start and says he'll be ready by ST. If they all stay healthy and play to their capabilities than I say they dominate, bit if injurys continue, it won't matter.

1. Prior
2. Zambrano
3. Maddux
4. Wood (starting him 4 or 5 less would help I think)
5. Hill/Guzman

Guzman gonna be ready this year?

I'm not necessarily a Cubs fan (and I wouldn't admit it if I was) :-B ...but I'm sure he will be a starter again.

He needs to be a SP and will be. He WILL NOT be a $12 million dollar middle reliever.

Is Maddux back for sure? I know there was retirement talk at the end of the season. Man, for a staff that looked so good this time last year, there sure are some questions now.

He will be an SP....................for a whole 12 starts, then his season will be over. Kerry can't be a 12 mil. starter, he could be a very good 2 mil. RP.

The Lizard has destroyed that staff. Kerry Wood just cant seem to stay healthy or put together a consistent string of starts.

He had problems before the Lizard ever thought about the Cubs
