I'm sitting here at work wishing I could listen to a good sports talk radio station streamed over the net for free. Anyone know a great radio station to get all the updated news on that is streamed over the net?

This is on all day but in the afternoon Mark Pacer has a talk show " son of Billy Packer " and it is the best sports talk show I have ever listened to.
