Have to agree here. I also don't see this happening if Milledge isn't involved. In essence, I just don't see it happening!

Mulder didn't sing an extention but I think you are right. For what it will take to get Zito any team is going to want more than one year.

i really want to see milledge reach the majors in a mets uni...but i also want zito to be in a mets uni for the next 5 years...hopefully they can work out a deal that doesnt involve milledge...

Omar would be the man if he could pull that off but if we have any chance to get Zito then Milledge will be going to the A's.

I'm not sure. It looks that way, but Beane isn't the most straightforward and easy to read guy. I think if something happens, it'll seem to come out of nowhere.
