Drop Jeter?

Postby jay » Fri Jun 20, 2003 3:13 pm

HE'S KILLIN' ME!
I have a chance to pick up Orlando Cabrera (better or worse when vlad gets back?). The problem is this is a keeper league and I was counting on Jeter to be my SS for a few years. Any thoughts?

there has to be someone else to drop so you can have both.

it's too early to give up on jeter and he's too good (possibly)

i've got him too and am waiting it out . . .

Stick with Jeter. He's coming off of a major injury, you can't expect him to be 100% right away, maybe not for the rest of the season. I think he'll bounce back next year and you'd regret dropping him if you did.

i'm in your boat as many but you have to stick with him, he's just now starting to pick it up and still have half the season to go. that and the next week or 2 they play some crap ass teams so look for him to hit more. at least you dont have a tejada or thome...lol, but then again they will start to turn i'm sure...

Don't drop Jeter. He will come around. Probably have a big second half.

I like that Jeter kid. He has some talent. Not many people know about him, but you watch, you'll see big things from him.

Hang on to him.
