GO to Resources and then for Subcategory pick, Photoshop brushes, gimp brushes, or PSP brushes (whichever one you have)...

But who are the guys and what does 27 on 06 mean?

Says 27 in '06 meaning he thinks the Yankees will get their 27th World Series Championship in 2006.
