probably not due to the injury and age still, but I do believe he will put up solid numbers in 2006 and maybe be ready to break out in 07

The comparison was DiMaggio. When you talk about Mantle you are talking about one of the greatest power hitters of all time. Somehow I don't see Baldelli making his run at 60hr's this year (or ever).

I just ignored it and went looking for any openings in my leagues so as to send him an invite. ;-7

Absolutely not, I wasn't all too impressed with Rocco in 2003-2004. An to be honest, his minor league stats aren't all too impressive either. 20/20 club at best in 2006...he may not even hit 20. With the injury I can see him going undrafted.

Sorry, I won't be joining any new leagues next year, plate is full. I expect more production from my OF's, if he were a SS or 2B he gets drafted...I never understood the fascination with Rocco, maybe it's just his cool name "Rocco" but he's an average CF at best.
