Hmmm......pretty interesting. I think if I were the Mets I'd try and put him in a setup role before I dealt him since the pen is still in shambles outside of the 9th inning. Could be worth keeping an eye on though like a lot of borderline closers whose teams are looking to take advantage of the out of whack pitching market right now.

I'd rather see him somewhere else, but I do agree he can be had real cheap right now in fantasy leagues, and he might be worth a shot just in case he lands a closer gig somewhere. Nice article.

He actually didn't do too badly at Shea. Last year, he was worth somewhere in the neighborhood of $10 in an NL-only 5x5. That's not spectacular, but it's definitely not shabby, either...
