I got this off Rotoworld:

The Bergen Record's Bob Klapisch believes the Mets would give up Cliff Floyd, Lastings Milledge and Aaron Heilman for Manny Ramirez if the Red Sox would absorb a portion of Ramirez's salary.
If the Red Sox could really get all three, they should be willing to eat some salary. Floyd is only signed through next season at $6.6 million, so he's rather attractive. Discussions between the two teams are expected to continue at the winter meetings. Nov. 29 - 2:27 pm et

Wow! That would be great for the Sox! Floyd is a few steps behind Manny, but that is what the pitchers are for. I hope this happens.

Floyd hit 34 HRs playing for the Mets, thats pretty dang good. He might reach 40 with the BoSox.

no doubt about it, a dead-pull lefty in fenway is looking for alot of HR's

I do not like it.. Cliff Floyd is also 33 and has only once batted over 100 RBI's.. He's twice only hit over 30 HR's in his 13 year career.. Floyd is a very very 22 HR 75 RBI type guy.. Look at his stats people.. The 3 years prior to 05 his RBI's were 63, 69, 79.. Red Sox fans.. Do you really want a left fielder who will produce 1/2 of Manny Ramirez? I know I would not..

stupid red sox fans, the mets woudl NEVER DO THAT IN A MILLION YEARS, thay arent even williing to trade just Milledge they think he has better upside htan that old bag manny, the fact that any of you think u could get milledge heilman AND floyd is a freaking joke
