Getting Baez too would make sense for Atlanta. I may be wrong but I believe they have about 10 million they can use only this season because of Hampton( they're paying him 1 or 2 million this year because of insurance but will have to start paying him his full contract of 12 or 13 million next year). Lugo and Baez would both be one year deals that would total about 9 million.

Edit: It looks like the Braves may be trying to get both of them.
