Wells a #5 - funny

Wells is more like a 3 on 75% of the teams in MLB. Compare his stats to every #3 and I think you'll find not too many #3's compare.

He will command a strong return. He's only guaranteed 2 mil and that alone is very valuable.

...that has been the rumor but it seems way too much for dwells...would droberts and jgermano get it done ?

Germano went to the Reds in the Randa deal.

Personally, I don't see the need for Wells, especially at the price of Otsuka.

Wells for Roberts is the strongest rumor around...one I read included Burroughs too, but I doubt it. I'd love Akinori, but that's highly unlikely.
