Wow sorry about that cannon, I don't have any to sell you, if I had one I probably would've happily sold it to you half price or something.
Hope they find the people that did that, and ya that is pretty low to steal a video game console. Probably some idiot losers who spend all day playing video games and only friends they have besides themselves are online.
Dang man, that really, really stinks. I haven't bought one yet, or I'd sell it to you at cost. Maybe someone here will be willing to part with theirs. Best of luck.

Several ways:
#1. They went to a store that didn't have a purchase limit per customer.
#2. They pre-reserved several systems in friend's/relative's names, but paid for them all.
#3. They took friends/relatives to the store with them. Each got in line and bought one, but the one individual actually gave them the money for the purchase and wound up with the systems.
Knew long ahead of time that it would be a huge windfall, with supply being so short before Christmas, so it's not too surprising that tons of people are trying to cash in (and it's working).
Yes doctor, I am sick. Sick of those who are spineless. Sick of those who feel self-entitled. Sick of those who are hypocrites. Yes doctor, an army is forming. Yes doctor, there will be a war. Yes doctor, there will be blood.....
Was she on the news? My mom told me she saw a woman on the news that had just gotten into her driveway with an XBox 360 when a car followed her in and a man held her up with a gun.

Same story?
In his description, it says when they got back to the car, so I'm assuming it was a different story. It just shows that it's happened more than once and how sick people can be. There was also an EB held up at gunpoint in Virgina a day or two before it was released - they caught those guys though.

I don't think they're playing it, I'm sure it's already sold on eBay for double the price. I know in some places after people bought it, they had security escorts bringing people to their cars.
Hopefully you'll be able to get one by Christmas so your kid's not upset, that really sucks and I would think the experience of that is worse than losing the Xbox itself. How old is he by the way?
I don't have one to sell, or play for that matter and I'm dying to get it, but who knows when they'll be available again. If I were you, I'd keep checking back at places like Target where you got it or similar places like Walmart, who are supposedly getting in random shipments. I have no idea when they'll come in and I don't think the stores do either, but maybe you'll get lucky. A worker at Babbages/GameStop told me that they're backed up with pre-orders until around February, but they maybe will get in a few extra core systems that they'll be able to sell without preorders. You may wanna give them a call also.
