You can sample size however you want. Full season numbers pro-rated for missed time is what matters. Helton's first half numbers were awful and last I saw they count. And exactly why was that? His power never returned either.
Berkman missed time, was not sharp when returning from serious injury and still posted 24 Hrs in less than 470 ABs. He should return to Berkman-like form in 2006.

I also think Morneau will come close to the top-10. I'm not touching Derrek Lee with a ten foot pole. He may produce numbers higher than that, but I want to play it safe. I'm more or less throwing him in the "avoid" pile...wouldn't touch him until Round 5-6, I think.

Lee in round 5-6? Thats not a great move considering that you could probably trade him for a second round player. The guy can hit and figured it all out last year. While he may not post numbers like last years, he definitely seems to have turned a corner. I dont know how safe Id feel in the first, but I would definitely look at him in the 2nd and wouldnt think twice to grab him in the third. Not taking a guy like him in the 5th seems like a mistake.
