according to ESPN, its Thome and $22 mil for Haigwood, Gonzalez, and Rowand.
Haigwood and Gonzalez are pretty good pitching prospects. The Phils made out as good as they could on this one, with everyone knowing they wanted to play Howard, they still addressed more than one need.

Respective batter and hitter park factors for Philly and Chicago were 108/103 and 107/102 respectively. So they are both hitter's parks. Note that US Cellular has typically been more of hitter's park int he past and that a multi-year smaple would put it closer to Philly.
