Can anyone explain Rickie Weeks splits to me?

He hit 270 at home with 25/35 BB/K. Then he goes on the road and he hits 210 with 15/61 BB/K. The atbats are very similar on both sides. Do you think he was comfortable at home and was just trying to press too much on the road to prove himself? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I dont put much stock in his splits because last six weeks or more he had thumb injury (believe he had offseason sugery).
Some days it felt better than others.

Yep, don't put to much in any of his stats cause a lot are warped by the fact he played through most of the 2nd half with an injury.

Ah, ok, I thought I had heard something about an injury. It will be interesting to see what happens with him next year.
