Let me be the first to wish everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving. So what do you just HAVE to have food wise on Thanksgiving?

Me gotta Turkey, Green Bean Casserole (with the Dried French Onions) Pecan and Pumpkin Pie ;-D

Well, if we're doing this stuff early, let me be the first to wish everyone a merry Christmas, a joyful Hanukkah, a festive Quanza, and if those don't cover you, happy holidays.

ps - I do the turkey, stuffing, green bean casserole, and the potato thing where the potates are cubed over corn flakes and then mixed with cream cheese, sour cream, and cheddar cheese.

Oh yeah, pumpkin pie with plenty o' whipped cream, too.

Turkey, mashed potatoes, pickled eggs, stuffing, and pumpkin pie. Then I'm heading out to Wisconsin Dells. I'm going to be stuffed and then watch some football.

Mmmm fried turkey is sooo good!

I like carmalized onions mashed potatoes and those potato rolls

Yeah, that's a great idea. Let's take a relatively healthy meat - turkey - and soak it in animal fat until it's actually worse for you than hamburger.
