sig opinions

this is my 1st attempt at using a sig I created myself. I made it in Paint Shop Pro 7, but it was too big. I downloaded and installed GIMP, after having as many problems as everyone else...opened the sig in there, resized it, and it fell within cafe limits All together t took me about 3 hours.

I had a red background that I did some effects with, and hand cut the three Ortiz pics of his Game 4 shot and pasted them on.

I'd love to hear some opinions, critiques, and tips from people.

I think it's really too blurry and sigs don't look that great with whole body images, but I like th eidea of your sig.... it's pretty cool.

nice idea, you can compress the file size in Paint Shop Pro also.

How did you hand cut the pics? in PSP7?

Thats pretty sweet for your first sig. The only thing that I would do next time is trying not to make the pictures so blurry. Other then that, good job.

I don't know why the pics are so blurry...maybe because I sharank them from pics that were too big to begin with?

yup, using the lasso. I didn't do a great job as you can see, but I didn't know how else to do it, with the magic wand only taking small pieces.

I think all of the pics should be bigger, with less headroom at the top as well. You need to be able to see faces, in my opinion. Too much background and not enough player in that sig.

Excellent for a first sig though.
