Ah yes, Adrian. I forgot about him for some reason. I will change my mind...my next move will be to keep Mench but trade Adrian for a #2-3 starter. Then I will be happy.

I have to wonder who the OFers in Texas will be next year, especially if Mench is traded. Delucci and Nix probably have spots secured, but Nix especially has been hurt quite a bit. :-o

Interesting thing about Lowell is that his decline actually began in 2004. His OPS after the all star break that year was about 200 pts lower than it was before. 20 home runs before the break, 7 home runs after. Does anyone know what happened? Injury? This isn't merely a case of being unhappy with Florida. No one deteriorates in skill this rapidly without some physical explanation.
