Actually, 2006 is the past.
I thought for sure you were gonna link me to a thread that already mentioned this. LOL!
Baseball is 366 days a year, 8 days a week and 25 hours a day and the minute the NL Central choked, again! ... it became 2006.
Now of course you could ramble on about that fantasy football season mumbo jumbo. But the facts of the matter are, for 90% of the teams, their season ended before Astros did.
You either drafted Shawn Alexander or LT² .. .. or you did not.

Remind me again, wr. Were the Central chokes in '04 and '05 before or after the NL West and East choked?
I forget...
can't believe he took the mound with cracked ribs. I almost cracked one I was so pissed.
The Cardinals had no excuses ... either year!
Your entire excuse is centered around one guy's actions? Really??? If I recall, it was your entire lineup that grounded into DP after DP with RISP. But I could be wrong... Of course, I could be wrong that the West is 1-6 against the Cards in the NLDS over the last two years.
Oh, and when the West did actually beat the Cards, who was the choker that year? Getting beat down by the Sox is one thing, but when you have a 3-run lead with two innings to go, you should win that if you have one of the best setup/closer combos in baseball. Now that's the definition of choking.
