that'd be a huge mp3 file you know.
Really? On 128 kbps?
What I'm trying to do is convert my music which is all on WMA format to MP3's so they can work on any mp3 player. If theres another way to do this, please tell me.

No! Never!
Yeah, I had this problem a couple years ago... I started using Windows Media Player to rip my CD's and the damn thing encoded all of my music to WMA... Bastards! So when I tried to move them to my MP3 player, it didn't work (most MP3 players now support WMA... I'm not sure if iPod does, but I doubt it).
WMA is actually a good file format, it's smaller than MP3's and preserves quality, but it's just not very compatable, especially with PC music players other than WMP.
So, I would definitely convert all your WMA's to MP3's and there is an easy option in the Media Players Options>Ripping to change all ripped files to be encoded as MP3's. It's just not default.
