I wasn't really a parking, I got disordely conduct for keeping up traffic. The whole thing was just bs. Basically a cop thought I was on the phone and driving which is against the law in NY and asked to stop in the middle of traffic, he saw no phone and asked me to move over so he could talk to me futher. I told him to give me a min so I could safely pullover (streets in new york city are insane) and he gave a ticket .
