Any guesses where he lands? He made a big error in the playoffs but for the time he played in Boston he was very solid. Besides Boston was overmatched in the playoffs anyway. They need a secon baseman and he could come pretty cheap. Also I heard back to KC . Anybody hear anything else?

Anyway, I'd imagine he'd want a starters job after doing a nice job last year, but if he's at all interested in being a backup, I hope the Yankees make a run at him. He's a useful player, especially off the bench. I'd imagine he winds up starting on a lower market team somewhere though.
I'm not sure where he'll go. I don't really think Boston will resign him and he's not a big enough name for a big market team to make their starting 2B, so my guess is some smaller market team or big team backup.
Well, I can definitely tell you he won't be back in Boston, although not for performance reasons. Teh Sox are looking at going with a combo of Joey Cora and a rookie, Dustin Pedroia, who has really shot through their minor league system. I'd be surprised, though, if he doesn't sign with another team in the AL, as previously mentioned, a smaller market team like the Twinkies? Just an idea...

Graff would also be the right kind of guy to sign for a year with Pedroia taking a few games from him here or there.. I think graff would do that if he stayed with the Sox...
