Winter Meetings Overshadowed by Steroids

Unfortunately the winter meetings today have been overshadowed by more steroid allegations involving Wally Joyner and mid 90's Phillies team. Here is the article from ESPN

I heard about Joyner yesterday but not about the Phils part of it, very interesting.
