Starting an Auction League

It won't be based out of yahoo! I have a constitution available and would like to make it a 50 dollar entry fee. We can work out how it will change hands.

I would like a 8-10 NL or AL League (upon a vote) League will consist of a commisioner and a three owner panel (upon vote) that settles league disputes on trades and such.

All things can and will be discussed and voted on. I want to create a serious league for true owners.

The specifics I can send in the constitution that will be ratified by the league in whole and can be amended. Its just a rough copy.

I would like to make the age 21 and over, do to gambling and money changing hands. I also want it to have longevity and the young ones sometimes don't like the long haul.
