She's not the most beautiful creature I've ever seen, but you'd expect a LOT worse from a woman that's willing to get married to just about any jerk willing to buy her house..

And she's looking for a guy between the ages of 40-60... so she's gotta be 45-50 herself. Not bad at all for that age.

Looks to me that this is a creative gimmick to try to get way more than market value (600K) for her house.

Throwing herself into the deal - in a NON-BINDING attachment - is the gimmick here.

My guess is if some schmo actually comes up with the $600 large, she'll pocket the NICE profit... and be gone.

She gets points for originality though.
